Update: 08:20am our interconnect provider has confirmed there's an issue on their side and they're working to resolve it, we're expecting an update in ten minutes.

Details: We're currently experiencing an issue with inbound and outbound calls failing to connect to our IVR platform. All other services are functioning as expected, only IVR services are being affected.
We're speaking to our telephony supplier to get a resolution or workaround ASAP.
