This is notification of third party maintenance at Encoded's Colo2 Data Centre.
We have received notification from our supplier that emergency on-site maintenance will be taking place at 17:30 on 29/08/2014. Maintenance has been scheduled to fix an issue causing a small number of calls to be dropped immediately on connection. After maintenance has been completed, call quality should improve and connection issues eliminated.
No downtime is expected during this period although services will be 'at risk' throughout this maintenance window.
