Summary:

 

We're currently experiencing an issue with the network quality on our dedicated SIP lines within our Colo2 Data Centre. This is affecting the audio quality of IVR services, but appears to not be affecting any other services. We're investigating the cause and the issue has been raised with the network provider.  

 

Update (10:23):

 

The network provider has confirmed that the issue is now resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue.

 

Update (10:18):

 

Our internal testing appears to indicate that the network quality issues have been rectified, however we've not yet received confirmation from the network provider.

 

Update (10:11): 

 

The network provider for our ISDN/SIP interchange has confirmed that they are having network quality issues and are currently investigating. We'll provide further updates as they become available.
