Payment Processing Issue (TNS) - Resolved (Tentatively)

Updates:
10:24 - It appears that the issue has been resolved and payments from 10:19 onwards have been processed successfully. Affected customers will be informed today on whether any payments which we failed to receive a correct response for have been processed successfully and are due to settle.

 

Time: Thursday 10th April 2014 - 10:10 - 10:19 (Tentatively)

Detail: We are currently experiencing issues connecting to our payment processing gateway; TNS. All payments attempting to be processed by the TNS gateway are currently affected. No response to payment requests is being provided by the TNS gateway, which is being treated by our system as a timeout. Please refer to your Service Design Documents for details on how timeouts are dealt with in your service. It is currently unknown whether these payments are successfully being processed. More information will follow as we receive it.
