Notification of Encoded's annual freeze period 2019/2020

Detail:

To ensure that no changes are made to our systems that could affect the usual quality of service to our customers at a time where services are particularly busy, we will be limiting the release of new services and major service updates between 2nd December 2019 and the 13th January 2020.


Encoded's annual freeze period will be split into three stages:

Soft Freeze: 2nd December - 15 December 2019

Hard Freeze: 16th December 2019 - 5th January 2020

Soft Freeze: 6th January 2020 - 12th January 2020


Soft freeze:

Smaller updates and configuration changes will still be possible during usual work hours within this period however no new service releases or code updates will be possible during this period unless via prior agreement.


Hard freeze:

No changes will be made to Encoded's systems and services. Any emergency maintenance is exempt from this stipulation.
