Tickets can be raised by emailing the detais to firstname.lastname@example.org or by registering via the web helpdesk.encoded.co.uk, clicking on 'Start a conversation' and selecting a category and filling in the ticket form. Once this has completed an Encoded support agent will respond to your enquiry.
You will be emailed a link to create a password to log in to the Encoded Help desk where you can view your tickets by clicking 'Sign In'
You can also update outstanding issues by emailing a reply to an open ticket or responding via web.
Please include all pertinent information in regard to any issues raised.
