Start a conversation

Logging a new ticket

Tickets can be raised by emailing the details to helpdesk@encoded.co.uk or by registering via the web helpdesk.encoded.co.uk, clicking on 'Start conversation'.

Once registered you can view progress on outstanding tickets by clicking on 'View Tickets'

You can also update outstanding issues by emailing a reply to an open ticket.

 

Please include all pertinent information in regard to any issues raised.
