The Encoded team are currently investigating as issue processing payments through the Cardsteam payment platform. This issue is affecting around 7% of all transactions.
The symptoms of the issue in affected cases are causing delayed transaction responses (in some cases greater than 30 seconds). This issue is affecting all products and platforms using the Cardstream payment platform.
