Notification of Encoded's annual freeze period 2018/2019

 

Detail: 

To ensure that no changes are made to our systems that could affect the usual quality of service to our customers at a time where services are particularly busy, we will be limiting the release of new services and major service updates between 3rd December 2018 and the 8th January 2019. 

 

 Encoded's annual freeze period will be split into two stages:

Soft freeze period 2018: 3 Dec 2018 - 10 Dec 2018 & 3 Jan 2019 - 8 Jan 2019

Smaller updates and configuration changes will still be possible during usual work hours within this period however no new service releases or code updates will be possible during this period. 

 

Hard freeze period 2018: 11 Dec 2018 - 2 Jan 2019

No changes will be made to Encoded's systems and services. Any emergency maintenance is exempt from this stipulation.
