All maintenance work has now been completed successfully and the system is fully operational. The work took quite a while longer than expected due to unforeseen issues with physically fitting the routers in the rack. Apologies if this caused any inconvenience.

Encoded's telephony routing switches have reached EOL and need replacing.
Our telephony routers have reach end-of-life status and need replacing (they will cease to function at midnight on the 31st). We have been speaking to our suppliers to try and extend their use without causing any disruption. So far we have been unable to get a firm confirmation from them, and as such we shall be replacing the hardware Thursday evening (2018-03-29) which will cause a brief amount of downtime to all telephony services (IVR, Assisted).
