All maintenance work has now been completed successfully and the system is fully operational. Engineers will be performing additional monitoring of the system in the following hours to ensure continued stability.

This is notification of maintenance affecting almost all services provided by Encoded.



We will be switching over to a new database provider between the hours of 01:00 to 04:00 on 15/11/2017. A maintenance window of three hours is required to move our data over to the new DB. Downtime is unavoidable during this period as we will require the service to be suspended until the switchover is completed.
