(RESOLVED) 3rd Party Service Interruption affecting some IVR Services - Kingston (telco supplier)

Service Status: Kingston have confirmed that this issue was resolved at 16:59 on 2017-07-28 via a system patch. Kingston are currently investigating further to identify the root cause of the disruption. Many thanks for your understanding.



Time: 2017-07-28 12:00, still ongoing.

Affected Services: 

Intermittently affecting some IVR services.


Service Status: 

IVR services using the number ranges 02031X and some 084X are returning service unavailable intermittently, see description below.



Kingston have acknowledged an issue in their network resulting in some calls incorrectly returning unavailable to the caller rather than being routed through to our servers. They are aware of the issue, and are working to stabilise their service as soon as possible.
