All services are now restored. An issue occurred which appears to have resulted in a temporary loss of connection to our primary database. Engineers are continuing the investigate to identify the root cause.
We are currently experiencing an unexpected service disruption which is affecting all services. Encoded engineers are currently working on the issue and we will provide an update as soon as possible.
