Unexpected Service Disruption 26/04/2017 (Resolved)

Update 20:12: 

 

All additional checks tests have now been completed and we can confirm that all services are once again fully stable and running as normal. We are currently investigating the root cause of the outage. Once again, we appreciate your co-operation and understanding regarding this issue.

Update 16:20: 

All services have now been restored and are working as expected however services will remain 'at risk' whilst we continue to investigate and rectify the root cause of the issue.  We will continue to update the 'news' section of our Helpdesk with further updates.

Update 15:15: 

All IVR services have now been restored although we are still experiencing some intermittent service disruption causing some calls to take longer than usual to connect or unexpected call drops.The Encoded team are still working to stabalise all web based services. We will continue to update the 'news' section of our Helpdesk once this has been confirmed.
