Unexpected service disruption affecting daily reports - Resolved

Update 15:00: 

This issue has been resolved and the reporting service is now stable. New transaction reports have now been regenerated but if you believe that you are still missing today's report then please do not hesitate to log a ticket via helpdesk@encoded.co.uk .Please simply provide the name of the file that you usually receive and and a member of our team will have this generated for you as soon as possible. Many thanks.

Update 11:16: 

The root issue affecting report generation this morning has now been identified and our team is currently working to restore functionality. This will allow us to then to begin regenerating reports. We will continue to update the 'news' section of our Helpdesk once this has been confirmed. Many thanks for your patience.

We are currently experiencing an issue with the generation of daily transaction reports causing generated reports to appear empty. Due to this, some customers may experience a slight delay in receiving reports and transaction files this morning. Services and payments are unaffected by this issue.


Our technical team are currently working to rectify the root issue after which reports will be regenerated. Further updates will continue to be posted from our Helpdesk service.
