3rd Party Service Advisory: MasterCard (formerly TNSPay) Settlement report delay (16-09-2016) - Resolved

MasterCard have confirmed that the settlement issue affecting transactions made on 16/09/2016 alongside subsequent reporting has now been resolved. Please see the original notification from MasterCard below:

Details:

MasterCard wishes to advise that all outstanding transactions from the 15thSeptember have now been successfully submitted to the individual Acquirers in the early hours of the 17th September along with the transactions of the 16thSeptember.

All reports have been created and will be available for our Customers via their normal method of collection. If you have not received your reports please contact the Helpdesk.

Update 16:15: 

MasterCard have confirmed that due to processing issues yesterday it is likely that all transactions for 15/09/2016 will settle tonight alongside todays transactions. MasterCard have also confirmed that are currently still working to reinstate their online transactions platform and hope to have this available once again by later this evening followed shortly after by the currently outstanding settlement report. 

 

Please note that this issue will only affect our customers who's transactions are processed through the MasterCard Payment Gateway. Services that use alternative payment providers will not be affected.

MasterCard have confirmed that due to technical issues affecting their payment platform yesterday (15-09-2016) settlement reports for today have been delayed. This has also affected all historic reports which are usually accessible through their online portal.

 

MasterCard have confirmed that they are currently working to rectify the issue and produce settlement reports for yesterdays transactions as quickly as possible. We will continue to update this news item with additional information as we receive it.

Apologies for any disruption that this may have caused. We appreciate your co-operation and understanding regarding this issue.

MasterCard would like to inform you that following the earlier incident a decision has been made to postpone settlement tonight.

This is to prevent a partial settlement which may cause reconciliation issues.

Any customers who have already received an End of Day Report should disregard this and a new report will be produced once full settlement has taken place.
