Unexpected Service Disruption 11/08/2016 (Resolved)

Update 10:45: 

 

All additional checks tests have now been completed and we can confirm that all services are once again fully stable and running as normal. We are currently investigating the root cause of the outage. Once again, we appreciate your co-operation and understanding regarding this issue.

Update 09:27: 

Our engineers reinstated all services at around 08:15 although we were still receiving some QoS issues until around 08:30. We believe that all services are now once again stable although we are conducting additional checks currently to confirm this.

Update 08:41: 

All services have now been restored although we are still experiencing some service disruption causing some calls to take longer than usual to connect or unexpected call drops. The Encoded team are still working to stabalise all services and normal service should resume shortly. We will continue to update the 'news' section of our Helpdesk once this has been confirmed.
