On the 25/06/2013 some customers may have been affected by a short interruption to incoming or outgoing calls. The issue was caused by a software bug on the SBCs from one of our providers. Our provider has informed us that a cluster stopped responding to SIP invites and they had to manually restart the service.
There will be an at-risk period (late one evening) within the next few days, where our provider will be carrying out updates related to this. They have ensured us that they do not envisage that this will result in an additional outage. We will keep you informed as soon as we have more details.
