Encoded would like to take this opportunity to clarify our support policy with regards to Internet Explorer.

Encoded will now only support our products on the Internet Explorer versions officially supported by Microsoft. Many of Encoded's products do work and should continue to work with older versions of Internet Explorer. However, whilst we will do all that we can to avoid it, future updates may be incompatible with unsupported versions of Internet Explorer.

If you are using an older version of Internet Explorer and are unable to upgrade to a supported version, Encoded may still be able to offer technical support, updates and compatibility guarantees, however this will no longer be covered by the standard support agreement and could incur additional charges.

If you have any questions, queries or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us directly to discuss them.
