3rd Party Service Advisory: TNSPay HSBC Settlement Delay - 21/09/15

TNSPay wishes to advise that there has been a delay  in processing files overnight. This affected HSBC customers only.  Customers may experience a 1 day delay in funds being received in their accounts.TNS wishes to advise that between 21:10 – 22:09 TNS experienced an issue which resulted in transaction timeouts throughout this period. TNS are currently in the process of evaluating the root cause of this issue.
